Fixing backs means low level rentals

As a licensed chiropractor, our inherent requirements for an office area aren’t all that demanding..

But there are a few things to keep in mind with the nature of the business I have.

I don’t need a lot of square footage or anything costly to excite my patients. As long as the venue is well tested, disinfectable and offers enough area for our table to work on them, I’m glad! My priority is that our practice is absolutely accessible to our troubled patients. I prefer to be located in an section where customers coming from all walks of life have no difficulty finding me. A big parking lot is helpful. I don’t want to rent a huge office area on the eighteenth floor of a building. I avoid properties that come with costly entrances that include a whole bunch of stairs… The majority of our regular customers arrange appointments when they’re experiencing pain and having trouble getting around. They suffer from neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee issues. The last thing I ever want is to cause our patients more difficulty and pain as they attempt to get inside our office. I’ve found office spaces to rent that appeared totally ideal at first glance, but however, as I navigated the entrance, I quickly discovered that the door to get inside was a challenge to properly open. The door was so heavy that I needed to ask for help. This won’t task for our practice! So far, I’ve managed to find office spaces for rent that won’t offer everything I need within our price range. I refuse to overcharge our respected customers simply to cover the rent for easy-open doors and costly accommodations.
