I want to help everyone get fit

I’ve consistently been personally dedicated to a healthy way of life for my entire existence.

I’ve practiced nice nutrition and followed a conscientious physical fitness routine since the beginning of childhood.

My goal was to become a personal trainer. I took all of the courses in college, passed all of the tests and got our certification. I went off and took first aid and CPR training and invested in all of the usual personal insurance and corporation licensing. I thought the strenuous part was over when I completed all my licensing, and looked forward to starting our corporation and taking on my first customers. I needed to find the perfect venue to set up our brand new training center. Hoping to keep overhead as low as possible, I surely wasn’t looking for an enormous amount of square footage for the space. Most of our training sessions would be a single-on-one appointment. I planned to hold some group classes that would probably be no larger than 8to more than nine people. However, I needed to secure adequate areas for a variety of fitness equipment, including a treadmill, heavy stationary bike, rowing machine, free weights and yoga mats with blocks. Plus obviously, I required a rental area with an office area, lavatory and a small locker room. I prefered to find a location to rent that would be highly visible from the main highway. I found the place and I right away put down a security deposit. For the first few months after that, I struggled to build our client list, then by early summer, I truly felt nice about our progress and growth of our business. It wasn’t until the outdoor weather changed that I realized the building’s a/c is seriously outdated and needed replacing. The cooling idea can’t keep up with demand and our workout area quickly gets too warm and uncomfortable.
