I have a few rental properties in the section that I live so I can make extra money on the side. I have always liked to have a few streams of income so that if something bad happens and I lose my task I will be able to pay my bills. Well, I am so thankful that I have these rental properties right now and that my renters are able to pay their rent. I woke up 1 day Last yearand thought with everything going on in the world that it might be a good idea to go and check on my rental properties and the renters just to make sure that everything was okay. Well, when I walked in the first rental property I knew instantly that something was wrong. The air was heavy and sticky prefer the a/c hadn’t been turned on in a while and it felt prefer the air was stale. I asked the renters what was going on with the Heating and Air Conditioning idea and they said it hadn’t been working for a few weeks now. I am sure the look on my face scared them when I asked why they hadn’t called myself and others instantly. They said they didn’t want to worry myself and others with everything going on in the world. However, I told them when the Heating and Air Conditioning idea stops working they needed to let myself and others think as soon as possible so I could get an Heating and Air Conditioning tech out to the condo as soon as possible. Hopefully they don’t let something prefer this happen again!
