I just went through the worst illness.
It felt like the flu but lasted for weeks… Just when I thought I was getting better….boom! The fever was back.
My doctor concluded that it was some new or untypical virus. I was really uneasy that our husband or youngsters would get it, especially because it didn’t want to deliver up it’s grip on me. That’s 1 reason that I prefer our Heating plus A/C system. I have a whole apartment whole-house air purifier installed in our Heating plus A/C unit. Mine has both HEPA filters plus UV light. The filters trap most of the allergens, viruses, plus bacteria plus the UV light destroys them. It’s a little more complicated than that, but that is the general idea. When I first got sick, our husband moved into the guest living room. I stayed in our living room when people were apartment until I got better plus all of us sprayed door knobs plus faucets with disinfectant spray. Thanks to all of these measures, nobody else in our apartment got sick. Another thing I prefer about our Heating plus A/C system is that it works so well. It’s brand new plus does a great job of keeping the apartment at a consistent temperature. When I got sick, all of us turned the temperature control down to 65 degrees to help slow the spread of germs or kill them outright. I suppose I heard the cold kills germs. Setting the temperature at 65 degrees was comfortable for me, especially when I had fever plus chills plus sinus pressure plus pain. I would curl up in boiling blankets that were easy to kick off to cool off. I have never been as grateful for our Heating plus A/C system as I was when I was sick.
