This got the ball rolling to where now I am now being threatened with yearly fines of $450
I’m so tired of these goons and their intimidation tactics. Actually, I saw the note on the front door as I pulled into the driveway and started to rage. This will be the second ugly note in as many weeks that I’ve received. No, I am not being stalked plus I don’t have a crazed neighbor. These stupid, threatening letters are being sited on my door by the HOA who lords over the neighborhood. They don’t even have the class to mail them to me. This mess all started a bit over a week ago. The HOA is completely losing their collective minds these days over a stupid Heating, Ventilation and A/C detail at my home. I get it. We have standards in our community to be sure the property values are protected. However, my kid got a little ridiculous with the hedge clippers on a single side of the house and it’s killing me now. It was a single of those deals where a person is attempting make a trim, however does too much. The hedges are now a bit too short. This suddenly has the HOA all to pieces as my Heating, Ventilation and A/C condenser partially can now be seen from the road. I got a call about this just a few afternoons after the hedge was originally cut. The HOA respected was a complete jerk on the call, plus I told him that he could just wait several additional weeks until the hedge grows. This got the ball rolling to where now I am now being threatened with yearly fines of $450. Well, I have been a patient person… by my spouse is a killer trial lawyer.
