Tomorrow my landlord is going to do a walk through of my locale.
- It has been numerous years plus this will be the first time he looks over the apartment.
I guess he wants to do a walk through since I haven’t re-upped my yearly lease. The guy is expecting that he will need to rent it out plus wants to see what I have done mangle wise. I entirely want my deposit back so I am trying to make the home look like it is in fantastic shape. The concern is that my landlord was constantly excruciating at answering my calls with anything wrong in the apartment. I have needed to service a lot of things on my own like the dryer, dishwasher, stove plus ice maker. The things I couldn’t service have just gotten worse. The ceiling leaks in a single spot plus I called the landlord about it plus heard nothing back. Now there is water mangle on a single spot of the ceiling. I also have complained bitterly about the cooling system not being chilly enough plus the furnace smelling like burnt hair when it turns on. I have never had a HVAC business come to perform service on the unit. So most likely the HVAC component is shot. The landlord better not charge myself and others for a faulty HVAC system or ceiling mangle because those are all on him. I have done what I can for the apartment. For the HVAC I have updated air filters, cleaned the inside of it plus leveled the outdoor air compressor. That was the extent of my knowledge.
