I am currently suing the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor that has been working on our home for ages.
I should have known that this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor wasn’t any good.
They had only 3 reviews online, but they were highly suggested by the engineer that helped me plan out the remodeling of our house. In the future, I won’t ever trust that engineer again. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker in question owns a small shop in our town. I had never needed any Heating, Ventilation, & A/C work done before, so I didn’t know who to call for this job, then unfortunately, I guess that I picked the worst Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker in the area. In the entire Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation, the only actual Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker in the contractor is the owner of the corporation. She has nearly 10 employees that work for him, & none of them are certified Heating, Ventilation, & A/C workers. In fact, most of them have never even working on a oil furnace or central air conditioner before. The only reason that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker hires them is that she can’t find anyone else to work for him. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker never pays her employees, & that causes the quality of the work to decrease. She has also taken a long time to work on the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan in my house. Another Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor that I called estimated that the job would take a few months, but all of us have been working on this for nearly 2 years. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker kept asking for currency & wouldn’t keep her promises, finally, I decided to call a lawyer, & all of us are now battling this in court.
