I wasn’t able to get an appointment for numerous weeks! I think that will teach me that I need to learn how to do things on time
We are supposed to get our high efficiency heating plan checked out and taken care of before the winter comes every year. I usually take care of making the appointment and making sure that I am home whenever the heating and A/C worker comes for the appointment! This year, however, everything was entirely strange at our home just like it has been all over the place for the past twelve weeks. Anyway, it just slipped my mind that I was supposed to get the oil furnace checked out before the weather started cooling off. It’s like I just totally missed my window of chance as far as getting our heating appointment scheduled. I think I finally started noticing that there was something wrong with the oil furnace when the temperature in the home started cooling down when it wasn’t supposed to. I had kept the temperature control settings in the same arena, and so I knew that the home was supposed to be a steady seventy degrees. But it absolutely didn’t feel like it was seventy degrees inside the house. I knew that there was something going on, so I called the local heating and A/C supplier to make an appointment, and unluckily for me, the receptionist at the heating and A/C supplier informed me that they were completely booked up with other oil furnace repairs. I wasn’t able to get an appointment for numerous weeks! I think that will teach me that I need to learn how to do things on time. I don’t need to be such a procrastinator. Now I’m going to have to rest around the chilly home for the next several weeks.
