My sister had been on the iphone for the past 3 weeks convincing me to go visit her; but, I consistently had an excuse on why it wasn’t the right time to go see her.
But finally, she changed tactics and began planning with our spouse how to get me to go visit her.
Eventually, I ran out of excuses and left to fly to her city! The people I was with and I ended up having a blast, and she scolded me for avoiding the trip for so long… But meanwhile, I wasn’t aware our spouse had plans to build me an art studio at the back of our home, then he managed to have the structure set up, moved all our artwork, and even installed a mini-split AC. He knew it wasn’t possible to paint in any space without a nice a/c. The studio was done by the time I was back from our trip, and the a/c was all set. He covered our eyes when the people I was with and I got into the apartment and, together with the ladies, walked me to the backyard. Then I heard a door open and felt the appealing cool air from an a/c! Only then did he open our eyes to reveal an art studio fully fitted with everything I needed, including a mini-split AC. I was so glad with this gift that I couldn’t stop crying. He had consistently been supportive of our art, and ever since I lost our work, he encouraged me to paint even more. This studio was the perfect locale to have the creativity flowing, plus the mini-split A/C was an excellent addition.
