I have a workout planner that helps me get through the month

When you work a busy job, it’s hard to find time for yourself.

Even though I go for bike rides each week, I’d like to pursue my woodworking hobbies while also budgeting time for weightlifting and additional cardio exercises.

Unfortunately, I have been pushed to work overtime hours every week because my employers won’t hire new workers. Yesterday I worked a 12-hour shift to make up for someone who called out sick for the day. It was a brutal workday, but I didn’t have a choice. Whenever someone doesn’t come in for the day, I’m typically forced to fill in. Obviously I like the money that I make, but sometimes I wonder what the cost is in the long run. I don’t want to be miserable just so I can make more money every week. However, I quickly discovered that regular workouts during the week help my physical and mental health considerably. Even just a 20 minute weightlifting routine is enough to clear my head of all the stress and anxious thoughts. If I don’t create a workout planner for each week of the month, I find it hard to stick with regular exercising. But it’s nice alternating different kinds of exercise on my workout planner, much like a personal trainer would at a gym or a health and fitness center. At some point I might hire my own personal trainer, but for now I’m doing fine with my personally tailored workout planner. I bought a treadmill, free weights, and an elliptical after finding a clearance sale on an exercise equipment web store. Now I have a miniature gym in my basement.
