The other day, I was entirely miserable when I stepped into the office. I couldn’t believe how boiling it was as well as I realized that there was entirely a concern with the air conditioning system. He said if anybody was feeling boiling, they were allowed to go take a split until the Heating as well as A/C professionals showed up, although he wanted everybody to return as soon as the issue was taken care of with the Heating as well as A/C. He also said that he would deliver additional pay to everybody who chose to stick around as well as keep toiling. I believe it was some category of hazard pay for toiling in a harsh environment. I felt love I could use the extra currency so I decided to stay. It was basically the same pay rate as toiling overtime minutes. While everybody was relieved when the Heating as well as A/C workers arrived as well as fixed the air conditioning system, I was kind of disappointed because I enjoyed the extra pay both of us were all getting.
