My brother has autism and I have always been there to look out for him. He actually had to attend special education classes in school. He always said that he didn’t like being in special education, because he felt like he was just as smart if not smarter than most people. He was able to do advanced math and understand advanced science. He even decided to study to become an HVAC technician because he was interested in working on heating and cooling systems. He actually graduated at the top of his class and he was able to get a nice job as an HVAC technician. A lot of people didn’t even realize that he had autism at first, but it kind of shows in various ways. He never has been a big people person, but he does an excellent job at his work. I always made sure that people never messed with him back in school, and I know he really appreciates that I was always there for him. These days, he tells me he will be there to help me out with my heating and cooling troubles. He says that he will always help me out for a reasonable amount. A reasonable amount of beer! Yes, he loves to drink beer and he will accept that as payment for his services when it comes to working on my heating and cooling equipment. I wouldn’t want to hire anybody else to do the job because he is the best when it comes to fixing HVAC systems. He is honestly one of the smartest people I know.
