I was honestly cheerful for our kid when she bought her first home, but there were some problems.
The thing is, I told him all the time to remember to change her air filters for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan and to call for official Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan maintenance.
I also told him about the best plumbing business around and to keep up with her yard labor to keep her property looking nice. When our wifey and I went over to visit a few times, it’s like she didn’t listen to a word that I said. Her yard was overgrown and her home was a mess. The air quality was terrible and when I checked the air filter, it was so dirty that I wondered if she had ever changed it! The Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan was clearly struggling and she would crank the A/C while the home would struggle to achieve the temperature control settings. I sat our kid down and had a extreme talk with him. I told him the air quality was awful because she wasn’t taking care of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C. I explained the air filter that was so dirty was going to cause her Heating, Ventilation & A/C to overheat and then she would have to spend money for a brand current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. This woke him up a little bit because she didn’t want to have to deal with such an enormous expense. When I explained that she had to change the air filter at least every other month, she thought she could get by with the cheap air filters. I then told him the air filters had to be high quality or her air quality was going to remain terrible and the Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan would be at risk, and finally she is getting her act together and is taking better care of her property and her Heating, Ventilation & A/C.
