I rent this one nice little beach house every single summer with my family and it is the most well kept rental home one can imagine. Especially for something that is up for short term rental verse a yearly lease. This past summer there was an issue with the central heating and air conditioning system unit and the property management took care of it right away. It was actually much quicker and better service than you would get from a standard rental home. I was renting a place once for a year and I had an issue with the central heating and air conditioning system which took them nearly a week to get fixed! I ended up having to waste money in a hotel while I waited for a certified heating and cooling specialist to get on it. But at this summer rental home it was the total reverse. The same day that I called about the central heating and air conditioning system breaking down they were right on the phone to the local heating and cooling company talking to an HVAC rep who in turn right away sent out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to fix the central heat and a/c system in our summer rental home! It was nothing short of amazing! They had the central heating and air conditioning system up and running again in about a little under an hour after they looked it over and figured out what was wrong with it. We did not have to experience one bit of discomfort.
