Not sure if I will get heated flooring

I have been thinking about heated flooring just about everyday. My partner & I are redoing the flooring in our whole house. The people I was with and I already have the brick board laid down & purchased the tile. Next the brick is installed & grout is put in. Then every one of us have finished, brand new floors; On the brick board & before the tile, electric heated mats can be installed for radiant heating, and radiant heating sounds just amazing. No heated air rises & gets wasted on the ceiling. There are no sizzling & frigid spots in the house. Tile floors are the best for radiant heat since it absorbs into stationary objects love the couch & chairs touching the tile. They almost assume love heated seats, and since it is electric heating, you don’t experience dirty indoor air pollen levels or dry a/c. The idea is silent & genuinely efficient. I can purchase the heated flooring right from a hardware store too. There are 2 things stopping me right now. One is that the cost of doing this heating replacement is the same as my new flooring, but buying all the brick board & brick was around several grand; Getting heated flooring for my whole home will be the same amount of money, then do I want to double my project costs for a heating idea when I already own a forced air system? The other thing that has me upset is if there is something wrong with the heater. It is buried under the floors & can’t be accessed to make a repair. So when the oil furnace dies, I will just have worthless mats under the floor.
