The last time the HVAC technician was over at our household, he was actually giving me energy saving tips which I thought would really come in handy. Seriously, I learned to use the old type of light bulbs in the winter and the energy saver bulbs in the summer. This makes it so your HVAC system doesn’t use up more energy and you save on the energy bills. I also learned that by getting a smart thermostat, I would save roughly 10% on the energy bills. So I had a smart thermostat installed and I really love the thing. It actually saves us big money because we often forget to shut off the HVAC system when we leave the household. I hate thinking about all that energy I have wasted with an HVAC system that nobody was using. Now with the smart thermostat, I can easily adjust the temperature control settings from anywhere with my smartphone! I honestly can’t tell you how happy I am with the smart thermostat and I know that my family appreciates it also. With all those energy savings, I am able to take my family out places more often.
