My best friend and I had decided that we were going to spend the summer at the beach, after graduation.
We were planning on watching the bikini clad girls, and doing nothing but having fun.
We didn’t think about how hot it was going to be or that we couldn’t afford to do anything but watch the bikini clad girls. After a week, we knew we had to get a job, so we found where they were giving us free rooms in the beach house if we worked at their boardwalk stores. We were thinking about those shows where the girls were always in bikinis and there was a hot tub and unlimited air conditioning. We thought we would be relaxing more than working, but we thought wrong. We were putting in twelve hour shifts and the girls that were working in our beach house, couldn’t fit in bikinis. I wanted to quit and go home, but my friend said we should stick it out for awhile. We loved the beach house and air conditioning, and even if they didn’t wear bikinis, the girls were cool. We spent a lot of our time going to the bars in the evening. As long as we were to work on time, they didn’t care what we did with our time off. After three weeks, we found out that we were actually having a lot of fun. The one girl was trying to cuddle up with my friend, but he wasn’t having any of it. He kept telling her to cool off with the air conditioning. By the end of the summer, I started falling for one of those girls. I wasn’t telling her to cool off with the AC, but trying to convince her to come home and meet my parents.
