We are supposed to get our high efficiency heating plan evaluated and worked on before the winter time comes every year.
I usually take care of making the appointment and making sure that I am home whenever the heating and air conditioning professional comes for the appointment, then this year, however, everything was honestly strange at our home just like it has been all over the place for the past twelve weeks.
Anyway, it just slipped my mind that I was supposed to get the furnace evaluated out before the weather started cooling off. It’s like I just totally missed our window of chance as far as getting our heating appointment scheduled. I think I finally started noticing that there was something wrong with the furnace when the temperature in the apartment started cooling down when it wasn’t supposed to. I had kept the temperature control settings in the same spot, and so I knew that the house was supposed to be a steady seventy degrees, however it honestly didn’t feel like it was seventy degrees inside the house. I knew that there was something going on, so I called the local heating and air conditioning supplier to make an appointment. Unfortunately for me, the receptionist at the HVAC supplier informed me that they were completely booked up with other furnace repairs. I wasn’t able to get an appointment for many weeks! I think that will teach me that I need to learn how to do things on time. I don’t need to be such a procrastinator. Now I’m going to have to sit around in the frosty for the next many weeks.
