They ended up saying they were sorry & they told myself and others that they were going to reach out to the emergency HVAC service team & get someone out to our house immediately… Of course, I would not have to spend money for the HVAC emergency service service since this was their fault in the first arena
When you have HVAC service service scheduled, you expect it to be on time, this was not the case the last time I called to have our central heating & air conditioner method repaired! I had a time window set for Noon to 3pm, & when 3pm rolled around I had not seen or heard anything from the certified heating & air conditioner service specialist that was supposed to be here, however i called the local heating & air conditioner business to complain & also see what was genuinely going on. The heating & air conditioner rep I spoke with had no clue as to why the certified heating & air conditioner specialist didn’t show up. They ended up saying they were sorry & they told myself and others that they were going to reach out to the emergency HVAC service team & get someone out to our house immediately… Of course, I would not have to spend money for the HVAC emergency service service since this was their fault in the first arena. On top of that, they legitimately made fine on the mess up & ended up giving myself and others a 50 percent off discount on the HVAC service service I was about to get! That was very kind of them… Most heating & air conditioner companies would have been rude about it & not legitimately cared. But this heating & air conditioner business I have locally to myself and others is legitimately the best I have ever seen or dealt with somewhere I lived! I was also ecstatic with the HVAC service service I earned.
