A new company venture

I am gleeful about our new company venture with Bob.

Although both of us are taking a big risk, I recognize with our combined experience both of us can make it work.

I used to run a small library, something I did for several years before the crash of the industry put us under. In that time I l gained the nuts and bolts of keeping a small company together – the insurance, the paperwork, the taxes, the payroll, all of that management and office stuff. With this as a background, you might be wondering why Bob recruited myself and others to join his upstart Heating and A/C corporation. Running a company consistently involves several factors, however no matter what kind of company it is they have to follow laws and regulations. Bob knows Heating and A/C labor but he doesn’t guess how to file payroll taxes, or register for labor permits, or any of the hundred little things a company needs to do. If Bob wanted to provide the best possible Heating and A/C services to the town, then he needed to find someone to run the office and keep the company together. That is why he recruited me, however I guess nothing about Heating and A/C I guess a whole lot about running a small business. Both of us are 50/50 partners in this Heating and A/C business, and he handles the Heating and A/C labor while I handle the company side of things. The first year will be tough, however with our combined experience I recognize both of us can build a successful Heating and A/C service repair together! After that, both of us will start expanding and hiring more Heating and A/C techs.
