Occasionally a job is just a job, but whenever you labor for a small supplier you start to believe it’s really a family, but not all small companies are similar to this, trust me I’ve worked for a few over the years. But once I found this site, I quickly knew I would spend the rest of our career with these people. We look out for each other all the time, to the point that there is a profit sharing plan in the arena for the long term employees. That means the people I was with and I all tend to benefit when the supplier succeeds ,and if that doesn’t put some fire in your belly then clearly nothing will… Right now the people I was with and I are honestly experiencing a flood of post-COVID Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C work, and simply trying to handle as much of the workload as the people I was with and I can. The usual subject of indoor air pollen levels is on a lot of people’s minds now, due to all the recurring news about airborne viruses and whatnot. Now that the restrictions are being lifted, apparently a lot of these people are wanting to have an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C inspection, and eventually get the air quality of their cabin tested. This is the first time that the demand has not been so high for heating or cooling repair, but for actual air quality.
