Before the summer season started, my daughter kept saying that I needed to get a bunch of chalk and water guns.
She said how much she loved drawing pictures on the driveway and she wanted to have water fights with her friends when they came over to our house.
Now we have a pretty large driveway that is paved, so there is plenty of room for our children to draw pictures with chalk. I didn’t realize how much they were into it, so I only got small packs of chalk in the past. This time though, I bought a huge pack and my daughter was so happy. I also got special super soaker guns which are pretty good. When my daughter was outside playing with her friends, she seemed to be having a blast. They were using the water guns and they kept getting soaked. Even though they had water guns, we were dealing with hot days so I told them to make sure to come into the house for air conditioning breaks. They didn’t mind going in the house because the temperature control settings were just right. Not to mention, I had ice-cold water for everybody. They also requested slushies, so I made some slushies for everybody to enjoy. It’s always nice to have a cold treat on such hot days and it’s best to enjoy the cold treat with the perfect amount of air conditioning. So far, the children have been having such a great time and we also set up a new pool which they have been enjoying immensely.
