Consulting for my trainer on heating equipment

I got a call from my trainer very early in the morning, which was strange since my sessions were in the evening. The call had nothing to do with our training sessions but about the gym itself. During some of our sessions, I told him that I was an HVAC professional working with the local heating dealership. The building had recently upgraded to an electric heater, and I was part of the HVAC installation team. They were due for heating maintenance since it was a month shy of a year since their installation. During the call, he told me they wanted to add a new bathroom to the gym that was more convenient for persons with disabilities. From a heating technician’s perspective, he wanted to know whether they would need additional heating equipment due to the new addition. He was very excited about this project since he would do something to improve his customers’ gym experience. Since I knew the HVAC company the furnace was from, the size would be enough to service the new washroom. He also requested that I tell him when I would be available to check out his fireplace since he wanted to switch from wood burning to gas and for heating repair since he had heard strange noises from the heating device. We planned to talk in detail during my evening session. When we were done talking, it was time to prepare me and go to work. I had barely settled in when a customer called needing a heating dealer to deliver and install a thermostat in their place.
