I’ve had the privilege to live in every corridor of the country. In the twenty-first century it is imperative to have reliable heating, ventilation and air conditioning, especially considering the volatile climate changes we are now experiencing all over the world. It is even pertinent to keep our air filtration systems at optimum levels. Never before has this been so important in my lifetime. There are so many pollutants and even pathogens that harm our wellbeing, and staying healthy entails keeping our HVAC systems in our homes and automobiles up to standard. We are probably facing climate change on a scale that we’ve never seen which will cause climate migrations of huge populations of people seeking refuge from adverse weather events which make entire communities unviable. I think, in every logical sense, we need to be fully prepared for these events, and it is necessary to keep up with the maintenance of our HVAC systems. Extreme climates will also drastically increase demand for newer, stronger, more sustainable HVAC systems which will make it more expensive so keeping up maintenance will even save us money in the future. We need to think about weather proofing our homes and put in the effort to actually do so. So, all that said, get your air conditioner and heating system serviced or repaired as soon as you possibly can. It may cost you now but it will save you unneeded frustration and aggravation in the future.
