When my father recently passed away, I was at a loss on what to do with his possessions.
My niece was in a hurry to buy as well as transfer into his house, then she did not want anything that was inside the house.
I did not want to sell or toss all our father’s things, and was not ready to deal with that. So now I have everything in a handy storage container. It entirely was a pretty convenient and straight-forward process getting the shipping container. I called up the supplier to discover I could choose between 10, 20 or 30 feet dimension security containers. I then just needed to let him know if I needed plumbing, electricity or Heating & Air Conditioning. I was able to pick whether I wanted a window with the shipping bag or a ventilation system. The storage unit has steel locks as well as is totally airtight. There is no opportunity for destruction of our father’s stuff. What is especially nice is that each security bag has divots built into the sides. This is so a forklift can option up our custom storage bag as well as bring it to a storage center! Right now I have the bag right in our backyard. It is not the best site for it, but for now I am happy with it. I like knowing that all our father’s things are in a shipping container-turned storage space. I even have put a few of our own things in there that I
