When leaks happen in your lake house they are usually from rain and weak roofs, however in our case, the drastic leak I had recently was not from that. There was entirely water flooding from the air vents and air ducts of our central heating and air conditioner! I could not figure out what in the world was going on with it. I had tried to check the roof and it still was pretty messed up with no evidence of a thing wrong with the roof! It was then I realised that it had to be something inside of our air vents or HVAC duct, however so I made a simple iPhone call to the local heating and air conditioner business. In turn they sent out a certified heating and air conditioner specialist to look things over. The certified heating and air conditioner specialist entirely said to myself and others that our HVAC duct was in fact causing the issue. The solution was to have the air ducts and the HVAC duct sealed. I was afraid I was going to be paying out the rear to get our HVAC duct sealed just to stop this darn flooding leakage going on! I assume advantage must have been entirely on our side that afternoon!
