My child is trying his hand at being his own boss for the first time.
He saved up some cash plus I matched it so he could purchase some turf care equipment.
Hey, I was gleeful to help a kid who would rather get out there plus labor than stay inside the Heating plus A/C plus play online gaming all afternoon. I’m pretty proud of him as he has gotten a few yards already. So when he asked myself and others if he could practice with his new electric shears, I said yes of course. He trimmed the boxwood that hides our Heating plus A/C condenser cabinet. It came out a bit lopsided so together, the people I was with and I evened it up. The positive side is that our child now knows how to trim a hedge, the bad section is the boxwood is quite a bit shorter. But those things grow back right? Well, as far as the HOA people are uneasy, the boxwood growing back is a moot point. They wrote myself and others a warning letter threatening to good myself and others if I don’t replant or build a fence. I thought this was a joke at first. But after talking with the HOA compliance person, I found out that they were indeed capable of being completely unsatisfactory. It was a short conversation as I told them that our Heating plus A/C unit could hardly be seen from the street even if the people I was with and I detachd the hedge. I further told them that, within weeks, this would no longer be an issue. This HOA guy began making threats so I simply ended the PC call. My husband will care about this. She’s an attorney who enjoys sticking it to people that think they are better than others. This HOA guy has no plan what he is in for.
