Got the climate control just right before the exotic books arrived

A short time ago, our local Barnes and Noble obtained a shipment of exotic books making its way around the world to all kinds of libraries and even bookstores.

They embarked on this book tour, of sorts, multiple weeks ago.

The books spend approximately 15-30 days in any given city or town. These unique books were from a dry and humid temperature, and were seriously fragile from that so they needed to be kept at an even 62º in order to be kept in great condition. The Barnes and Noble in our city has had a pretty lousy HVAC machine for years, it was installed decades ago, and can barely push out a single gust of cold air into the room while on a hot day. It is not very pleasant to be quite honest, so when the librarian in charge heard she would need to get the air temperature entirely under control, she called in a local Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine professional to come have a look at the lower section of the Barnes and Noble where they would keep the books. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine tech came to look with a supplier, as they would need to drill into some stone in some cases. They figured out a rather excellent plan, and gave the head librarian their quote for time and materials, then the task was easily started. After a couple of weeks, nearly 4 days before the books were supposed to arrive, they finished construction and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machines installed below worked similar to a charm. Everything was fantastic, the a/c machine left the room comfortably cool and some amazing air flow going through the room.
