I rent this lovely little beach residence every single hot season with my family & it is the most excellent rental beach residence a single person can imagine.
- Especially for something that is up for short term rental compared to a yearly lease.
This past Summer there was a crucial complication with the central heating & a/c machine & the property management inspected it in no time. It was actually much faster & better service than you would expect from a regular rental residence. I was renting a location once for a year & I had a crucial setback with the central heating & a/c machine which took them just about a week to get fixed! I ended up having to waste cash in a hotel while I waited for a certified heating & cooling specialist to handle it. But at this Summer rental beach residence it was the complete reverse. The same day that I called about the central heating & a/c machine tearing down they were right on the phone to the local heating & cooling contractor talking to an HVAC rep who in turn instantaneously sent out a certified heating & a/c specialist to fix the central heat & a/c machine in our Summer rental residence! It was nothing short of incredible! They had the central heating & a/c machine up & working again in about a little under an hour after they looked it over & figured out what was wrong with it! All of us did not have to deal with any discomfort after that.
