I’ve been wanting to go out with the guy who does my HVAC work for me for a while now.
- I met him last year when I was getting my heating and cooling systems looked at.
I wasn’t really expecting to meet any cute men on the day that I had the a/c maintenance scheduled, but when that HVAC truck pulled into my driveway, I had the surprise of my life! The HVAC serviceman who got out of the truck looked like he belonged in a modeling magazine, not in a heating and cooling truck! Not only that, he was super nice and friendly. He was also funny and he made a lot of jokes about maintaining my air conditioning unit. When he said something about me being hot like the weather outside, I was confused. But then I started thinking that he meant it in a flirtatious way. By the time he was finished inspecting both HVAC units, I was ready to ask him out to dinner or something. I chickened out and then he got into his HVAC truck and left. I nearly cried watching him pull out of the driveway. I kept on thinking about him and so I ended up calling the HVAC company just to see if he would answer the phone. He didn’t, though. He was always out on the road doing furnace repairs and replacements. I finally became desperate. I called the HVAC supplier and made another appointment to have our ventilation ducts cleaned out. I was so gleeful to see him that I couldn’t stand it. This time, I didn’t let him get away before I asked him out to dinner!
