I wondered where they put the furnace, if the air conditioning component was in the closet. She took me to the hallway between the family room plus the garage plus pointed to a small door. Hidden behind the door was a compact furnace. Once again, she said it was small, but just as powerful as a crucial furnace. I walked away from the apartment, but that didn’t mean I didn’t want to come back plus look at it again. She took me to see three more apartments plus a household she had for sale, but none of them were as nice as the household with the hidden, compact Heating as well as A/C system. I asked how much I had to put down on the household until I could talk to the bank.
