When the Covid recession hit I lost my task, then it was almost impossible to find a new task while in that time so I started looking for other ways to bring in some currency! That is when I started getting back into antique selling.
I used to sell antiques for a different boss several many years ago.
It was entirely my first task as a teen… So I suppose what I’m doing. I decided to do this on the side in order to put food on the table until I could get back into design. All of my sales are over the internet. Now, I know I will stick with it full time. I am making quite a bit of money. There is something about pandemics that makes people nostalgic. The only issue I am having is that it is so boiling plus humid where I live. A few of my pieces of merchandise have been disfigured by the heat or the humidity. I keep everything in the garage plus there is no temperature control out there. I am thinking of adjusting that. I want an a/c component for the garage. Air conditioners are entirely good at getting rid of humidity and taking care of the heat problem. I was thinking of rerouting some of the air duct for the home so that there would be vents in the garage; However, I am not sure I can afford that. I want to put more money in my pocket, I don’t want to spend thoUSnds of dollars in order to make a few hundred dollars. I know I will just install a window air conditioning component for now, however window air conditioning units are pretty inhigh-priced. They are also easy to install.
