I thought I should turn the A/C on.

January has been a absolutely unusual month for us.

It has been seriously warm, and the furnace was running only to keep it moderate at night.

I wasn’t going to turn the furnace off in the morning, just to turn it back on twelve minutes later. It was a waste of time for me. I had heard the weather report about it getting back to normal un-even temperatures in a couple of afternoons, but I didn’t hear the forecast for that afternoon and the next. I wished I had listened. When the temperature got up near seventy, I was going to turn the furnace off. I took a quick glance at my iphone, and it was only going down to sixty that night. When the temperature hit seventy-two, I was ready to turn the air conditioner on. I told my hubby I thought I should turn the A/C on, and he said I was nuts. I told him it was only going down to sixty that night, and he asked if I saw the rest of the forecast. Sixty was the midnight temperature, and the temps were to steadily decline throughout the night, then by 6 AM, it was supposed to be below cold and steady out at around twenty-two degrees, and that would be the high for the next week. I felt foolish thinking I could get away with turning the furnace off in the middle of January and turning the air conditioner on, but I just hadn’t watched the entire weather forecast. Although it was moderate during the afternoon, every one of us had the windows open instead of messing with the Heating & Air Conditioning system. The ceilings worked just and turning on the AC.
