I don’t know if I was just stressed out or what, but I was really mad when my order was messed up.
- It wasn’t so much that it was the wrong order, it was that the shirts I ordered were not properly sized.
I have a good size build so these shirts are a large size, but the collars on the shirts were ridiculously small. I was absolutely fuming and I was on the phone yelling at these people for giving me shirts the wrong size. These are special order shirts, very high quality. It wasn’t the quality of the material that was the issue, just whomever cut the holes clearly messed up. The people offered to send me additional shirts for no extra charge. I was finally able to cool down and relax with the A/C system cranked up. When I get stressed like that and yell at people over the phone, my blood becomes boiling and naturally I become overheated. Of course it’s nothing my climate control system can’t handle. Well, when my new shirts finally arrived, it was the same issue all over again. I asked to talk to the person in charge of the designer department because this was flat out ridiculous. I already cranked the A/C up to nearly full blast because I knew that I was going to be doing a lot of yelling. The thing that really bothers me is that I only prefer these shirts because of the quality, I don’t want to wear anything else and if they can’t get it right, I won’t be able to wear comfy shirts!
