If you have a heating and A/C warranty, then you need to make sure that you keep it up-to-date. If you don’t keep your heating and A/C warranty up-to-date with the respected checks on it, then you may end up voiding your warranty the way that I did a couple of years ago. When I did this, I was so mad at myself because it was something that I could have really avoided. The two of us purchased a brand new high efficiency heating and cooling unit for our house 11 years ago and it was a beauty.
