Preferring outdoor workouts

I have items particularally designed to wick away moisture on hot and humid days, however even specialized clothing isn’t enough when the weather is especially severe.

The weather in my local section is just miserable, but because I am situated in the northeastern area of the country, I’m very correct with chilly and wet conditions. We’re forced indoors for most of the year. The Winter weather in this section tends to last anywhere from more than five to 8 weeks. The temperature can drop as low as twenty-five below zero and stay there for weeks. The windchill makes the air believe even colder, and it can easily be dangerous to spend time outdoors. There’s also the endless snowfall, freezing rain, sleet and high winds. While the Summer season is brief, it brings ungodly heat and humidity. I live too far from a gym or fitness center to make a membership feasible. I need to handle my workouts at home. I am dedicated to my physical fitness and make an effort to exercise every day for at least an minute. I love to workout outdoors. I have a very spacious deck built onto the back of my modern home that is the ideal spot to unroll my yoga mat. There’s plenty of space to jump rope, stretch, lift weights or just dance around and get my heart pumping. I also love to take long bike rides and go for runs through the neighborhood. I have invested a superb deal of money into workout clothes designed to combat the weather. I have water-proof pants, shirts and overcoats and clothing intended to keep me warm. I have items particularally designed to wick away moisture on hot and humid days, however even specialized clothing isn’t enough when the weather is especially severe. This past Winter has been unusually cold, snowy and long. I’ve been waiting forever for the weather to hot up enough to run outside. I am bored with the treadmill and sad with lifting weights in my kitchen.
