Presenting ideas on how to improve the indoor comfort business

I had been toiling as the SEO manager for this indoor comfort supplier for more than 2 years now.

I enjoyed our job plus had even studied abroad in the most prestigious school, and since the pandemic hit us last year, the supplier seemed to slow down, people were no longer installing Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C products in their properties because of the drop in the economy. Also, a lot of commercial cooling units were not operational since more than 2 people were now toiling from home. The two of us were forced to sit off a couple of cooling workmen because the supplier went down. The cost of the cooling products had also fallen because there were not a lot of people purchasing the products, even the WIFI thermostats were not moving. The senior supervisor, who evidently knew more about air conditioning from her more than 2 years of experience, called for a meeting of the department heads. The agenda was to see how the people I was with and I could improve the local supplier plus make the heat pumps transfer effortlessly. I had come up with more than 2 ideas that could boost all parts of the supplier including the a/c setup, maintenance, plus repair processes! One plan was to resume SEO the popular units such as the multi-split air conditioning units. I also proposed discounts for heat pump installation, to encourage customers to purchase the products. Being 1 of the few local repair providers left in the state, the people I was with and I had a chance to absolutely revive the business. Once the people I was with and I were back on track the people I was with and I would be able to employ more cooling experts who were not few in the cooling industry. The supervisor was easily happy by the presentation plus all the great ideas.
