My partner and I have a window A/C device in the garage.
The window A/C device only gets used during the summer time weeks when the un-even temperatures are particularally hot and humid.
Sometimes my partner prefers to labor on projects in the garage light crafting, painting, or needlepoint. It’s times love this when it is preferable to have climate control. The people I was with and I had the window A/C device in the garage for several years and all of us never disattachd it from the window, during the Springtime, winter, and fall season, all of us simply turn off the A/C and don’t use it. It’s constantly been easier than picking up the component and placing it on a shelf. Since all of us never transfer the unit, my partner and I did not notice there was a extreme problem occurring under the window sill. When it was raining outside, water was collecting under the A/C device and it was causing damage to the wall and the wooden window sill. When I finally noticed the issue, it was due to black mold that collected in the area. I got rid of the component and treated the entire area with bleach and water. I had to disattach most of the drywall and treat the studs as well. After that problem occurred, my partner and I decided to go with a portable heating and A/C unit. It is legitimately portable and takes up legitimately little space. It is also incredibly energy efficient. The people I was with and I won’t have to worry about rain coming into an open area in our beach house ever again and that helps relieve a lot of worry and anxiety.
