I don’t have the cleanest home around or the nicest HVAC system, but I feel that I do a pretty good job about keeping up with things.
I know some people who keep their homes in impeccable shape. I mean they take care of everything from having the carpets professionally cleaned to having the HVAC technicians take care of their HVAC equipment. I believe they have extreme HVAC system maintenance plans because those HVAC crews take care of everything including changing out the air filters. I personally would rather just change my own air filters but I wouldn’t mind being on a good HVAC system maintenance plan. It also would be nice having professionals taking care of cleaning the household and making sure everything is in great shape. I honestly can’t afford anything like that though to be honest. I just have to make do with vacuuming and shampooing my own carpets. Sometimes I even rent the powerful cleaning tools to take care of the carpets. I have tried my hand at cleaning out my own ductwork as well and I did alright considering I am not an HVAC professional. I don’t have the cleanest home around or the nicest HVAC system, but I feel that I do a pretty good job about keeping up with things. I know others who entirely neglect their HVAC and carpet as well. They have poor air quality and I never want to visit. If they would change their ways, I might come over but I would prefer they just come over to my place because I have good air quality at least. We love to have card nights so as long as everybody brings drinks and food, I’m perfectly happy with having the game nights at my place for the most part.
