The disposable air filters come pre packaged and ready

There are many types of air filters that dad has tried on his HVAC system.

Dad has used HEPA filters, UV light filters, washable air filters and even disposable air filters, and he still goes for disposable air filters over all of them.

The only exception is maybe a HEPA filter and that’s just because HEPA filters are excellent and give you good indoor air pollen levels. Dad does not like UV light filters because he has to make sure that your bulb hasn’t burned out, otherwise, it’s going to be completely ineffective. Dad does not like washable air filters because while they are good and they work genuinely well, he loathes going through the hassle of having to scrub his air filters, or even just vacuum them out. Dad discloses he thinks this is just him being somewhat lazy, but he would rather buy a cheaper disposable air filter that’s going to cost him less cash, and that is ready to go, and won’t require cleaning or vacuuming. The disposable air filters come pre packaged and ready. All dad has to do is open them up and place them in his heating and AC system. It requires minimal effort to do this which is why dad likes it. The only exception as he said before would be the HEPA filters and that is because HEPA filters do work well and if you have bad indoor air quality, these are the best solution in his opinion. Still, dad uses disposable air filters just because they are cheaper than HEPA filters. If he does have bad indoor air pollen levels then he will turn to a HEPA filter if he needs one.
