I’m hoping that while the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman is here, he will supply me some energy savings tips and some proposal about when the best time to buy a new heating and cooling proposal would be. There has to be a particular time of the year when cooling systems and high efficiency oil gas furnaces go on sale or are marked down to clearance pricing.
