Rob didn’t know much when it came to what the HVAC unit was doing.
Frankly, since he was a kid inside the central air conditioning system of his mom, Rob didn’t have the full story on HVAC.
He was pretty much only interested in the thermostat so he had the sort of quality heating and air he wanted on demand. Even when Rob became a homeowner, the HVAC equipment was sort of an afterthought. This condo was priced to sell and needed some work. Of course, Rob was up to it and did most of the stuff himself over the course of a year. The HVAC equipment that came with this condo was nothing to write home about, however it was still functioning. When Rob bought the house, the HVAC equipment was 9 years old. It was a superb enough model and he immediately signed up for the HVAC repair plan. So getting the regular HVAC service and repair did help extend the life of that residential HVAC. When he came to the point where it was time to replace the heating and cooling comfort inside his home, Rob learned a lot. For the first time, he completely understood how important the HVAC equipment can be when it comes to his respiratory health. Rob always thought those cheap air filters he was using were helping to disinfect the air. But they did nothing to protect the HVAC equipment. So when Rob replaced the residential HVAC he had the HVAC tech install a whole condo air purification plan as well. And now, his HVAC equipment is doing a superb deal in order to provide the best indoor air quality he could ever want.
