When you have Heating and A/C service service scheduled, you expect it to be on time! This was not the case the last time I called to have my central heating and air conditioning plan repaired! I had a time window set for Noon to 3pm, and when 3pm rolled around I had not seen or heard anything from the certified heating and air conditioning service specialist that was supposed to be here, but i called the local heating and air conditioning business to complain and also see what was actually going on.
The heating and air conditioning rep I spoke with had no clue as to why the certified heating and air conditioning specialist didn’t show up.
They ended up saying they were sorry and they told me that they were going to reach out to the emergency Heating and A/C service team and get someone out to my beach house right away, of course, I would not have to pay for the Heating and A/C emergency service service since this was their fault in the first place. On top of that, they absolutely made enjoyable on the mess up and ended up giving me a 50 percent off discount on the Heating and A/C service service I was about to get! That was actually kind of them, most heating and air conditioning companies would have been rude about it and not absolutely cared… But this heating and air conditioning business I have locally to me is absolutely the best I have ever seen or dealt with anywhere I lived! I was also cheerful with the Heating and A/C service service I acquired.
