In our old house, my partner & I had a smart control component that my good friend and I genuinely appreciated.
My friend and I appreciated the GEO tracking feature, Wi-Fi capability, & the ability to make variations to our control component from someplace at any time.
When my good friend and I sold the home, my good friend and I had to leave the smart control component with the house, but my good friend and I knew that we’d purchase another one for our new home. It took us a few months to settle in before buying the new smart control unit, but my good friend and I were distraught to install it. My partner installed the previous smart control unit, so my good friend and I thought the process would be the same. Unluckyly, the smart control component wasn’t compatible with our HVAC system & there was a special connection that my good friend and I needed to install. This was beyond our capability, so my good friend and I hired a specialist to come install the new smart control component & the additional wire. Unluckyly, after spending over an hour working on it, the specialist told us that it wasn’t possible. Our HVAC system wasn’t comparable & the additional wire wouldn’t help. The specialist told us that the only thing my good friend and I could do was upgrade the HVAC system. My friend and I were seriously disappointed, because my good friend and I had been looking forward to our smart control component & now we’d never get to enjoy it in our new house. This was not the news my good friend and I were expecting, so we’re going to get a second opinion just to be sure. There has got to be a way for a smart control component to connect, because it just doesn’t seem possible that it wouldn’t.
