When i genuinely believe about it, air conditioning in general has gotten a lot better over the years, however mostly when it comes to portable air conditioning.
Way back when the closest you could come to any kind of portable air conditioning was what they once called a swamp cooler.
And those things were more or less useless and horrible! Especially if you lived in a region where you had super tepid weather over one hundred degrees! A swamp cooler could barely even cool a space of about 5 feet none the less cool a whole room when there was serious heat going on. I do not know why they even made swamp coolers and why anyone in their right mind would have even bought them at the prices they used to charge for these turds. Today my friend and I have absolutely high quality and absolutely high powered portable air conditioning units that are absolutely called and are cooling systems! These can get a little expensive, but they are well worth it. They are like having a portable version of a window air conditioning component and gives off the same amount of cooling and power. Actually in my case of experience with portable air conditioning units I can say that they were a little more powerful than even the best window air conditioning component that I can remember from back when I was growing up. I am so glad heating and cooling technology has gotten to where it is at this week with portable air conditioning units and Heating and A/C in general all around.
