Automatic curtains are a lifesaver

Several years ago when I moved into this home it looked nothing like it does today. I have really fixed up the property and added a lot of value to the entire house with my renovations. Not only is it completely different to looking from the outside, but the residence is absolutely upgraded from the inside as well. The actual living area is much larger than it ever has been. I’ve also gone through and updated the fixtures, wall coloring, and flooring. Lastly, I decided it was very important to install advanced indoor air handling devices. I didn’t want to keep running the same central heating and cooling system that had already been installed for 20 years. I knew that the air conditioning unit and forced air furnace were not energy-efficient air quality control units. They didn’t provide the most advanced indoor air temperature technologies or air quality control functions. Worst of all, I knew that they weren’t incredibly clean or healthy to continually breathe that indoor air as it passed through filthy air ducts. I had the heating and cooling system completely replaced by an excellent HVAC dealership downtown. At the same time, they told me it would be wise to install automatic heat blocking curtains if I wanted to keep my brand new heating and cooling system in tip-top shape. Because my renovations included large windows facing the south and east, they recommended that I install automatic insulating curtains to block out the excess sunlight. Since I have made these simple changes to my HVAC system and heat blocking insulation, I’ve noticed that my house feels brand new, innovative, and complete. I can’t wait to sell it.
