I don’t think that I’m a particularly shallow human being.

I don’t need to have a million friends in my life in order to be happy. I just need a few close companions who I absolutely trust and can rely upon. That’s why I keep my close-knit group of friends around me at all times. I will be honest, though, it helps that many of my clothes companions are also professional tradesmen. You see, it is particularly difficult getting by as a single lady when you have home repair expenses to worry about. Thank God, I know a plumber, an electrician, and a professional heating, cooling, and air quality control technician. Whenever I have problems around the house I can easily call on one of my professional friends for assistance with the issue. This has been very helpful when my heating, cooling, and ventilation system has decided to fail on several occasions. I know that I do not have a very high quality heating or cooling system in my house. When I moved in the furnace was already rather old and the air conditioning unit was too small for the house. However, I never had the available cash to upgrade my entire air quality control system. That’s why I have been limping along for years with my inefficient heating and cooling equipment. Everytime I suffer an air quality disaster I can easily call my heating, cooling, and ventilation technician friend. He arrives at my house within the day and he is very quick to repair my indoor air handling devices. Best of all, I never have to pay for emergency repair services or hourly service charges for the HVAC expense. At most, I buy my friend a six pack of beer.
