I have noticed that I am not genuinely good at managing people either. I was distraught at first that my father was going to take the contractor away from me. There were actually speeches given by business coaches in my area. I signed up for the program plus it was an all afternoon affair. I was distraught at first that it would be a waste of time plus currency, then some of the programs were called leadership workshops, leadership development programs plus a single on a single business coaching. At first the names sounded funny although I gave them a try. I am so glad I went to the business workshop. I have l gained so much on how to be a leader plus how to officially manage my team. The best program was the a single on a single business coach; My business coach was helpful with cutting down the business plus my team members. The 2 of us discussed strategies on the weak areas of the business plus how to turn it around, and both of us also discussed how to grow generate business growth.
