I am a certainly busy single mother of many busy children plus apartment maintenance does not come naturally to me, last year, our cooling system died.
It was on a weekend plus I spent way too much currency on an emergency Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance call when it turned out to be basically nothing… My cooling system turned itself off because the filter was blocked plus the cooling system equipment couldn’t breathe, but fortunately, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker was genuinely nice. He set me up with an Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance program so that our Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment gets the maintenance it needs, even if I forget. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C repairman also proposed a supplier that will send me filters every week, which would act as our reminder to change it. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker even wrote down the size I should order. He was genuinely helpful plus appeared to be a genuinely nice guy. He wasn’t awful looking, was well spoken, plus had a great task, just the kind of guy that I am looking for, then unfortunately, he is already spoken for. This particular Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker is also the one who maintains our Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. I’m usually not apartment when he makes the maintenance call, but, once I was plus I made it clear to him that if he ever becomes single again, I am interested. Meanwhile, I don’t guess our Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment has ever run so efficiently plus it sure shows on our electric bill. I guess it’s time for him to come back plus wash our ducts. With our luck, that’s entirely already included in our maintenance plan.
