Climate control for my cheese spread

How much cheese is too much cheese, or is there even such a thing? My wife has a honestly odd opinion on the subject than I do, and it has become a bit of an issue.

It isn’t that she dislikes cheese itself, I feel it is a matter of how much cheese I have been accumulating, and how strong it smells.

Much appreciate wine, cheese is something usually cheap, but can be elegant, refined, and honestly costly; Also appreciate wine, cheese can grow better, stronger, and more flavorful but being allowed to age for a long phase of time, but when I jumped from viewing cheese as food to viewing it as a activity, my wife insisted on an Heating & A/C method update for the whole house. This was wonderful news for me, because I knew I would need to consult an Heating & A/C expert for some updates anyway; Cheese requires a identifiable air quality, including perfect un-even temperatures and levels of humidity, that my central method could not provide. Also, my wife complained that the whole modern home stunk, so a contained Heating & A/C method with monitored air pressure and quality would be best for both of us. The first Heating & A/C woman I talked to said she could help me, but I could tell from the bewildered look in her eyes she thought I was crazy. Maybe I am crazy, but the next Heating & A/C supplier I spoke to must have been the same kind of crazy, because she totally understood my needs; She said that building a weather conditions controlled cheese room sounded appreciate a lot of fun.
